Free Worldwide Shipping

JewelryRich offers free standard shipping on all orders worldwide. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

Processing Time

  • Standard orders: 1–3 business days
  • Made-to-order & custom pieces: 7–14 business days before shipping

Delivery Timeframes

  • US Standard: 5–8 business days
  • US Express: 2–3 business days
  • Europe (UK, DE, FR, etc.): 7–14 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

International Orders

All orders are fully insured and shipped in our signature luxury packaging. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days at sales@jewelryrich.com with your order number and photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Returns

30-Day Free Returns

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will make it right.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition
  • All original packaging and certificates must be included
  • Custom, engraved, or resized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned

How to Return

  1. Contact us at sales@jewelryrich.com with your order number
  2. We will provide a prepaid return label
  3. Pack the item securely and drop off at your nearest carrier
  4. Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item

Warranty

Lifetime Warranty

All JewelryRich pieces come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, including:

  • Prong re-tipping
  • Stone tightening
  • Clasp and closure repairs
  • Rhodium plating for white gold pieces (first service complimentary)

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage or loss, improper care or storage, or modifications made by third parties.

Complimentary Services

We offer complimentary cleaning and inspection for all pieces, recommended annually. We also offer one complimentary ring resizing within the first year of purchase. Contact us at sales@jewelryrich.com to arrange.
