Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders worldwide. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces require 7–14 business days of production time before shipping.
- US Standard: 5–8 business days
- US Express: 2–3 business days
- Europe (UK, DE, FR, etc.): 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, JewelryRich ships worldwide. All orders are fully insured and shipped in our signature luxury packaging. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all original packaging and certificates included. Custom, engraved, or resized pieces are final sale.
How do I start a return?
Contact us at sales@jewelryrich.com with your order number. We will provide a prepaid return label and process your refund within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.
Warranty
Do your pieces come with a warranty?
Yes. All JewelryRich pieces come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, including prong re-tipping, stone tightening, and clasp and closure repairs. Rhodium plating for white gold pieces is complimentary for the first service.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage or loss, improper care or storage, or modifications made by third parties.
Do you offer complimentary services?
Yes. We offer complimentary cleaning and inspection for all pieces, recommended annually. Contact us at sales@jewelryrich.com to arrange.
Diamond Certification
Do your diamonds come with GIA or IGI certification?
Yes. Every diamond above 0.3ct from JewelryRich is accompanied by a grading report from GIA or IGI. As all pieces are made to order, your official certificate will be included with your delivery, confirming the cut, color, clarity, and carat weight of your specific diamond.
When will I receive my diamond certificate?
Your GIA or IGI grading report will be included with your order upon delivery. The diamond is sourced and independently certified before being set into your jewelry. You can verify your diamond at any time using our Certificate Verification portal.
Customization
Can I customize an existing design?
Absolutely. We offer full customization including metal type, gemstone selection, engraving, and ring sizing on any of our existing designs. Use our Custom Design Tool or contact us at sales@jewelryrich.com to discuss your vision.
How long does custom jewelry take to make?
Custom jewelry typically takes 3–4 weeks from design approval to delivery, including 7–14 business days of production time before shipping.
Can I get my ring resized?
Yes. We offer one complimentary resizing within the first year of purchase. Contact us at sales@jewelryrich.com to arrange.
Orders
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to our refund policy. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days at sales@jewelryrich.com with your order number and photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.
