JewelryRich offers free returns within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will make it right. Custom orders cannot be returned unless defective.

Standard orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Made-to-order pieces require 7-14 business days of production before shipping. US standard shipping takes 5-8 business days. US express shipping takes 2-3 business days. Europe takes 7-14 business days. Rest of world takes 10-20 business days. Free standard shipping on all orders worldwide.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, JewelryRich ships worldwide. All orders are fully insured and shipped in secure luxury packaging. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

What materials do you use for custom jewelry?

We use 18K gold (yellow, white, and rose gold), platinum, and ethically sourced natural diamonds and gemstones. All metals are hallmarked and certified.

Do your diamonds come with GIA or IGI certification?

Yes. Every diamond above 0.3ct from JewelryRich is accompanied by a grading report from GIA or IGI. As all pieces are made to order, your certificate will be included with your delivery, confirming the cut, color, clarity, and carat weight of your specific diamond.

When will I receive my diamond certificate?

Your GIA or IGI grading report will be included with your order upon delivery. As every JewelryRich piece is made to order, the specific diamond is sourced and independently certified before being set into your jewelry.

Can I customize an existing jewelry design?

Absolutely. We offer full customization including metal type, gemstone selection, engraving, and ring sizing on any of our existing designs.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days at sales@jewelryrich.com with your order number and photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.
