We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will make it right.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in original, unworn condition
- All original packaging and certificates must be included
- Custom, engraved, or resized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned
How to Return
- Contact us at sales@jewelryrich.com with your order number
- We will provide a prepaid return label
- Pack the item securely and drop off at your nearest carrier
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or style. Contact us at sales@jewelryrich.com to arrange.
Lifetime Warranty
What Is Covered
All JewelryRich pieces come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, including:
- Prong re-tipping
- Stone tightening
- Clasp and closure repairs
- Rhodium plating for white gold pieces (first service complimentary)
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage or loss
- Improper care or storage
- Modifications made by third parties
Complimentary Services
We offer complimentary cleaning and inspection for all pieces, recommended annually. We also offer one complimentary ring resizing within the first year of purchase.
